PifagorLab

Custom spare parts

That plastic part that broke and is no longer made: we redesign it from the broken piece or a photo and print it in a material as good as the original — or better.

Reverse engineering

We measure the broken part and redraw it in CAD, fixing the weak point that caused the failure.

Technical materials

PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU: parts that withstand sun, heat, salt water and mechanical stress.

No waiting for mainland shipping

Local production in Tenerife: your spare part in days, without customs or three-week deliveries.

from €10

When the manufacturer says “discontinued”

The campervan window handle. The fridge shelf bracket. The drawer wheel. €3 parts without which an €800 machine is useless — and which nobody sells. At PifagorLab we make them every week.

The spares we make most in the Canaries

  • Appliances: tray supports, lids, hinges, knobs, fan blades
  • Home: blind parts, wardrobe rails, door stops, furniture feet
  • Campervans: skylight clips, brackets, handles — the island classic
  • Marine: pulleys, fairleads, plugs, rod holders — in salt-proof materials
  • Bikes and scooters: cable guides, light mounts, protectors
  • Shops and hospitality: display parts, dispensers, light machinery

The process

  1. Bring us the broken part (or send photos with measurements from any island).
  2. We redraw it in CAD, reinforcing the weak point that caused the failure.
  3. We pick the technical material for heat, sun, water or load.
  4. We print and test. For critical geometry we do a fit test before the final part.

Why not just order it online?

Because it usually doesn’t exist — manufacturers discontinue parts within a few years. And when it does, between mainland shipping, customs and IGIC you end up paying €30 and waiting three weeks for a piece of plastic. We make it here, in days.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to reproduce a broken part?

Ideally the broken part itself (even in pieces) or an intact identical one. Otherwise, photos with a ruler next to it and the main measurements. We'll redraw it in CAD from there.

Will the printed part be as strong as the original?

Usually yes — or stronger: we choose the material for the real load and reinforce the exact point where the original failed. For heavily loaded parts we'll tell you honestly if 3D printing is the right solution.

How much does a spare part cost?

Simple parts (caps, brackets, covers): €10-25 including design. Complex mechanical parts: €30-80. You'll always know the price before confirming.

Can you make campervan and boat parts?

Yes — hugely in demand on the islands: skylight clips, brackets, handles, pulleys, engine covers. We use UV- and saltwater-resistant materials like ASA and PETG.
