3D printing for individuals and businesses
Need a part that isn’t sold anywhere? That’s literally our job. At PifagorLab we 3D print to order in Tenerife: from a phone stand to a short production run for your business.
How our service works
- Send us your file or your idea. We accept STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ. No file? Our team models the part from a photo or sketch.
- We advise on the material. Not every plastic suits every job: the Canarian sun, salt water or the dishwasher each demand specific materials.
- We print and post-process. Sanding, painting, sealing — the part arrives ready to use.
- Pickup or delivery. Collect in Tenerife, or we ship to any island within 24-72 h.
What we print every week
- Spare parts for appliances, blinds, furniture and vehicles
- Personalised gifts and decorative figures
- Custom stands, organisers and accessories
- Parts for campervans, boats and bicycles
- Prototypes and scale models for architects and designers
- Retail components: displays, product stands, signage

What people come to us with
”A part broke and it is no longer made”
This is the most common reason people write. A blind bracket, the drawer of a twelve-year-old fridge, a suitcase wheel, a dashboard trim clip. When the manufacturer no longer sells it, we measure the broken part — or work from a photo with a ruler next to it — and reproduce it in PETG or ABS, which handle heat and mechanical load. Typical turnaround: 3-5 working days.
”I need a part for my campervan or boat”
Caps, brackets, adapters and trim pieces that cost a fortune in the marine and caravan trade simply because they are niche. We print in materials that survive sun and salt air, and reinforce the mounting points. Many customers bring in a cracked original and leave with two copies: one to fit and one spare.
”I want to validate a design before paying for a mould”
Prototyping for anyone heading into series production: first a printed part to check fit, ergonomics and real-world size, and only then the injection mould that costs thousands. We work confidentially and never publish client projects without permission.
”It is a gift and I need it by Friday”
Lithophanes, figurines, keyrings, cake toppers, commemorative plaques. When the date rules, we say so in the first message: if we cannot make it, we do not take the order. For urgent jobs in Tenerife we can usually manage 24-48 hours depending on the piece.
Which 3D printing material to choose
Not all plastics are suitable for the same purpose. Choosing the right material is the difference between a part that lasts for years and one that breaks or warps in the Canary Islands sun. Here’s what we use and what for:
| Material | Ideal for | Withstands |
|---|---|---|
| PLA | Decoration, figures, prototypes, gifts | Indoor use; deforms with strong heat |
| PETG | Functional parts, outdoor, kitchenware | Moisture, sun, daily use |
| ABS | Mechanical and automotive parts | Heat and mechanical stress |
| TPU (flexible) | Gaskets, cases, stoppers, soles | Constant flexing, rubber-like |
| ASA | Signage and outdoor parts | UV without yellowing, coastal frontline |
| Resin | Miniatures, jewellery, dental, maximum detail | Fine detail; lower mechanical strength |
If you’re not sure which you need, don’t worry: just tell us what the part is for and where it will be used, and we’ll choose the material for you.
3D printing across Tenerife and the Canary Islands
We work from Tenerife for the whole archipelago. In the north (Santa Cruz, La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz) and in the south (Adeje, Arona, Los Cristianos) you can collect your order in person or have it delivered to your address. To the rest of the islands—Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro—we send your part within 24-72 h, ready to use.
Looking for 3D printing near you? You don’t need to have a printer or know how to model: we take care of everything, from design to finishing, and you just collect or receive the finished part.
